3 April 9, Membership Report 1. Sent out 20 renewals through system 2. Removed expired from February - 2 members. Will be contacting each over the next month to find out why they did not renew so we can work on any issues that come up from the conversations. Will be doing that activity from now on. Reached 2 of the 6 previous month's members who had expired and lack of time was their stated reason for not renewing. Regarding the 2 who have most recently been removed: one no longer is in business and the other lives in the US new members joined + we are still awaiting payment from 3 from February 13,17 and March 3, 3 renewals 4. We now have 117 members with 3 pending. I have sent s to each of the 3 pending members to check with their businesses about payment. 5. Attended the Tillsonburg monthly lunch and met several new and potential members. Am planning on attending these lunches frequently 6. Hubby is still quite ill and I have also been ill for at least 3 weeks. I will work on the categories when I have time. Susan and Shelley

4 Report of the Communications Director for April Took copies of handout for May 2 nd Trade Show and Cinco de Mayo to various shops in downtown Woodstock, posted them where permission granted - Also posted handouts on community boards at the YMCA, Zehr s, Foodland and Southside Arena - Created and sent out press releases about the Trade Show, and about our Cinco de Mayo event. Media contacted: Sentinel-Review (Megan Stacey); Heart FM (via Andrea Hornyak); BX FM (Lindsay Burdis); Rogers (John Payne and Teresa Scherle the one to Theresa Scherle bounced, and John Payne returns on April 13); Easy 101 (info@easy101.com) - May events announcement (trade show and Cinco de Mayo) posted in the following community calendars: Tourism Oxford - contact tourism@oxfordcounty.ca - referred to information oxford (see below) Information Oxford - SNAPD Coffee News - Tony Brooks - info@ourcoffeenews.com - sent Heart FM - Bx Easy info@easy101.com; Rogers TV - What's On Woodstock - sent - Because there will be no trade tables at the Cinco de Mayo event, we have added a suggestion that anyone wanting trade tables should participate in the Trade Show on May 2 nd. - s scheduled for April 18 th Privileged Access Event both from main website and from Facebook page. However, technical problems may have led to some confusion. President Deb Willert dealt with technical support and fixed the meeting content on the main website.

5 Board of Directors Meeting April 13, 2015 Report from OWIN Events By Director of Events April 11, 2015 Events Committee: Holley Dayman, Judith Fleming Freda has told me she had to give up something.- no longer on Events. The last Board Meeting, Judith attended. Holley unavailable. Minutes of meeting were shared. We met, discussed plans for our May Meeting and upcoming activities, etc. The Awesome Woman Adventures We have a few items we are working on! The Wine Tour Adventure ~we are hoping to have a bus, plan to go to a couple of wineries!! Then the next we will plan is a theatre outing- we are looking a Dover with drinks. We are now working on our Jeans & Classic event for May 14, 2016 Privileged Access: This Saturday! April 18 th, 2015~ Full Day 8:30-3:00pm Sally Creek ~Breakfast Networking- pay for your own! Lorna Larson ~Team Shan Rene H~ Let s Eat Cake Jane Ross ~ Allanti Spa, Maps will be given at breakfast! Should be fun! May 27 th, 2015~ Kelly P Edmunds- Lawyer 7pm at her location in Tillsonburg. It is now published on the website. Tuesday May 5 th, 2015 ~ Our Cinco De Mayo Murder Mystery & Dinner celebration. Enchanted Theatre Company setting up at 3pm Spoke with Alicia at Craigowen, country style service for the dinner. We will start the evening off with a Nacho Bar & Margarita Included in our price- one drink! If you want to be a player in the performance, Kim said- just let them know that evening. Networking ~we will start our Event with some Salsa Dancing instruction by new member Lainy Zimmer!! Fun and get us grooving! Table Sponsors, as door prizes. September 2015 Meeting~ Want to have our membership be the speakers!! We will approach a few members. Gems, Travel & Fun! Gems- Shelley- please??
