Registration is for administrative and catering purposes we need to know how many guests to expect. 2. How do I make my gold coin donation at entry? Volunteers will be at the entrance to the Symposium provide information. Guests can offer their donation to our breast cancer charity at that point. 3. Where do I go in Kedron Wavell Services Club? The Symposium is being held in the Kitty Hawk Room. Guests will find this room on the ground floor of the building. 4. Do those with wheelchairs / disabled need to call in advance?
