2 An Invitation from GASCO s President On behalf of The Board of Directors of the Georgia Society of Clinical Oncology (GASCO), I invite you to attend GASCO s 2014 Annual Meeting and Officially Licensed Best of ASCO program scheduled for September 5-6, Our program committee has put together an exceptional and relevant agenda with CEUs available through the Georgia Regents University (GRU.)** This year our Program Co-chairs are Dr. Rodolfo Bordoni, and Dr. Ruth O Regan who have brought together a very distinguished faculty. Please review the complete agenda that follows. Registration is free for GASCO members, hematology/oncology Fellows and medical students. On Friday, September 5th, we continue the very highly rated Clinical Think Tank sessions and case discussions. ASCO s Medical Director, Dr. Richard Shilsky will provide a timely policy update from the ASCO headquarters and Capitol Hill. On Saturday, we are presenting our fifth annual Officially Licensed Best of ASCO breakout, as well as educational tracks for cancer patient navigators.
