Detectives purchased illegal narcotics from individuals in various locations throughout the county. Types of narcotics purchased by Detectives were cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine and prescription. The round up let to 50 Felony charges, 23 Misdemeanor charges as well as the discovery of a Meth Lab. Sheriff Mike Marshall and the Stokes County Sheriff s Office are committed to combat drugs in Stokes County and Keep Stokes County Safe.
