Our Scientific Committee, headed by Professor Susan Davis, has already begun planning what will be a highquality, globally-relevant programme befitting both a World Congress and the IMS's commitment to promote and advance communication, education and research on all aspects of adult women's health worldwide. This will give the delegates a focus and reinforces the IMS's overarching mission, to improve midlife women s health. Cancun 2014 was a great success and the feedback was resoundingly positive. We were delighted that the Cancun Congress stimulated a variety of suggestions for sessions in 2016 and we have taken these on board. This has led to a stellar line-up of international plenary and symposia speakers who have already agreed to speak at the Congress. They will be addressing issues pertaining to our core theme as well as a diverse range of health issues that affect women at midlife. We will hold a number of controversy and 'meet-the-expert sessions in order to enable delegates to interact, sharing their knowledge and experience. We expect this meeting will surpass the 2014 IMS World Congress on multiple levels. We have had the opportunity to build on the Cancun experience and Prague is a central, accessible and enticing destination. We look forward to sharing Prague 2016 with you. T The Congress's Scientific Program will be based on the IMS Mission Statement: to promote and advance communication, education and research on all aspects of the health of adult women world-wide. 8 Sponsorship General Information Insurance It is essential for companies participating in the commercial exhibition to insure all goods and any materials exhibited at their stand. Third party public liability insurance should also be secured. The organization is not responsible for any damages to exhibited goods, nor any damages which may be caused to third parties by goods from the commercial exhibition. Cancellations Cancellations should be requested in writing, sent by , fax or post and receipt confirmed. Cancellations of reservations made before June 28th 2016 carry a 50% charge on the total amount. No refunds will be made if the cancellation occurs after June 28th Symposia audio/video recording Symposia audio/video recording is available through the congress organization. The speakers' authorization to record and distribute must be provided by the session sponsor. Special conditions Those exhibitors who wish to use audiovisual systems in their stands should contact the Technical Secretariat in order to allow the Organizing Committee to assess and approve its use. Requests should be submitted in writing, outlining the characteristics, running and purpose of these systems. Method of payment Payments deadlines are defined in each contract. Usually a 50% deposit is to be paid within 30 days following the reservation. No bookings will be confirmed until the deposit has been paid. The outstanding balance is to be paid before June 28th Payments should be made by bank transfer to the bank account indicated in the corresponding invoice. Each floor will offer numerous elements for delegates to discover. On the first floor there will be: the poster session 5 congress halls (3 for 70pax, 2 for 400pax; one of the daily lunch symposia will be held here) one part of the exhibition area. On the second floor delegates will find: 2 congress halls (one for 650pax that will be used for lunch symposia and one for 220pax) another part of the exhibition area.
