2 WellStar West Georgia Medical Center 2016 Community Resource Directory Members of the WellStar West Georgia Medical Center team created this Community Resource Directory in response to a need identified through the health system s 2013 Community Health Needs Assessment. With more than 75 categories and 650 resources identified, this directory is intended to be a comprehensive and inclusive list of social-, child-, behavior- and health-related services offered throughout Troup County and beyond. It is possible that some services or organizations were inadvertently overlooked during the development of this directory. If you are associated with an organization you believe should be listed within this directory, please send your personal contact information along with the following agency information to CHNAFeedback@wghealth.org: Organization Name Address Telephone number and/or web address Organization description its mission, the people it serves, hours of operation, etc. You may also send information updates or corrections to existing listings to the address noted above. The online directory will be updated monthly, around the first of each month. Print versions will be updated annually. If you have questions or comments, please direct your correspondence to CHNAFeedback@wghealth.org. To learn more about WellStar WGMC s Community Health Needs Assessment and its Implementation Strategies, please visit wellstar.org/wgmc.
