Membership in the PTO includes one copy of the directory per family, as well as voting rights at the April new officer election meeting. The $10 yearly membership fee is per family or staff member, not per child. Please consider an additional donation to help with the PTO's "Seed Money" campaign to benefit areas such as classroom technology (e.g., laptops and Macs), teacher recognition, and the HEMS library. We are looking for committee members for our fall fundraiser. This is a great way to jump in and get involved for a one-time event. The first elementary Accelerated Reader (AR) party is tentatively scheduled for October 5 so keep on READING! Grocery Partners FREE MONEY FOR HILLSBORO!!! The PTO needs YOU to link your Kroger shopping card to Hillsboro. You have to re-enroll every year so visit today. See the attached flyer for instructions. Please take a few moments to enroll and share this information with friends and family members. Anyone can link their card to benefit HEMS. These dollars go directly to benefit our students and do not cost our parents anything. The PTO has wonderful plans to improve our school for your kids! PLEASE ENROLL TODAY! $Box Tops$ The Box Tops for Education program is one way our PTO raises money for our school. Here is what you need to do: CLIP, CLIP, CLIP Clip Box Tops from your favorite products: Big G cereals, Yoplait, Old El Paso, Avery office supplies, Hanes T-shirts, Boise printer pater, Betty Crocker, Pillsbury, Ziploc, Kleenex, and many more. There are also over 250 retailers that give eboxtops when you shop online. SAVE, SAVE, SAVE Pick up (near front office) or download a collection sheet from BTFE.com. You may also collect Box Tops in a baggie. Write your name, grade, and teacher s name on your submission. EARN, EARN, EARN Place your collected Box Tops in the display box near the front office. Go to website to register click the orange Register box to create an account box on the top right or sign in your account if you are a Registered User. 2. Create an Account Page with your sign in information. Click Create Account button to save. 3. Add your Kroger Plus Card to your account using your Kroger Plus Card or the alternate number used when you applied for the Plus Card (typically phone number) and last name. Click Save OR you can create a Digital Plus Card online. 4. Return to click on blue Community Link near top of screen and click on Kroger Community Rewards. 5. Add HEMS # or click on Find Your State and search for TN and our school name Hillsboro Elementary Middle School. Click on Save. 6. Confirm your card is attached. Ask famliy and friends to register as well! Publix 1. Put the attached Publix card on your car keys and simply scan each time you shop. A percentage of sales is donated to HEMS. Already have a card give one to friend or other family member. Anybody can use this card. Extra cards are available in the front office. Grab a few and hand out to neighbors that do not have school age kids. The more people using the more money for our school! PLEASE SIGN UP TODAY!!!
