2 I watched the cars snake into the parking lot on Saturday night prior to dinner and Mark Lundholm s recovery based comedy routine. I suddenly realized seeing all these people that I have a large network of Pavillon Alums to share my recovery with. I know that I cannot do this by myself. I rely on the wisdom of those in recovery who have come before me. The reunion gave me the chance to reconnect in a meaningful way. I came away from this experience energized and more committed to my program of recovery. I almost didn t attend this year, but I am so glad that I put the business of my life on hold for two days to celebrate my recovery! Julie Rochelle-Stevens explains what happens to the we of a family when one member opts for the blind and single-minded me of addiction. Families who have lost their cohesive identity will learn how to restore lasting, loving relationships. In separate workshops, Levi Gardiner and Charlie Warstler focus on 12-step practical applications (with a little story telling surprise!) and enhancing/improving positive self-talk. Dr. Marilyn Malcolm ends the day with some spiritual guidance and meditation. Where to Stay: Several area hotels have agreed to discounted rates for attendees of this event. Lundholm has had his own Showtime Comedy Special, appeared on Comedy Central, and written and starred in three one-man shows.
