1 SERA News letter NOVEMBER 2016 From the Chairman Hello to all members, This is the second newsletter published by due to ongoing problems with the Club website. The situation is that we are awaiting certain documents from Sally Bingham s daughter to enable the release of the site, which was registered to Sally. We can then move forward to constructing an updated version of our old familiar site that will be available to all members. In the meantime, here is the program for the next three months. 2 Sunday 13 th November Club Meeting 10:30 am start Open meeting at Groombridge Village Hall. Always lively, come along and raise any matter you wish to be discussed. Christmas Lunch bookings will be taken at this meeting per stomach Partners welcome Please bring Cash or a Cheque Menu Starters Soup or Melon wrapped in Parma Ham Main Traditional Christmas dinner Dessert Christmas Pudding or Fresh Fruit Salad Followed by coffee and mints Soft drinks will be provided by the Club Any specific dietary requirements please discuss with June

5 Sunday 11 th December More relaxed half day Field Meet A more sociable local fly about with mulled wine and mince pies etc always good fun. If you wish to attend, please ensure you register with our Field Meet Co-ordinator Please register early so that we know numbers and can identify the most appropriate hunting land. Followed by our traditional three course Christmas Lunch 1pm sharp You don t have to attend the field meet to attend the lunch. 5
