2 Badminton Session with Lisa and Susan Tuesday 9th May, 2pm Ellon Aberdeenshire Wellbeing Festival The Aberdeenshire Wellbeing Festival supports Mental Health Awareness week. The festival promotes and celebrates everyday community opportunities which contribute to our wellbeing. A healthy diet and regular exercise are good for our physical and mental wellbeing as are strong social relationships and good community networks. The Aberdeenshire Wellbeing Festival is an opportunity to raise awareness of how individuals, groups and communities can support mental wellbeing for all, reduce stigma and promote recovery. The Festival programme of activities is promoted and delivered on a North, Central and South basis and is a partnership project between Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership other public services, the 3rd sector, community organisation and private providers. Friday 5th May Monday 8th May Fun with Photography Food and Mood on a Budget Garioch Community Kitchen, Wyness Hall, Inverurie. Feel good foods and how to eat well on a budget. Practical session.
