Call to Order Chair Gateman called the Agricultural Service Board meeting to order at 9:15 am. Adoption of Agenda and Emergent Issues AG MOVED BY MEMBER ANNABLE that the agenda be adopted as presented. CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY Adoption of Minutes For the minutes of the October 7, 2015 Agriculture Service Board Meeting AG MOVED BY MEMBER SCHNEIDER that the minutes of the October 7, 2015 Agricultural Service Board meeting be adopted as presented. CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY Director of Agricultural Services Director Report AG MOVED BY MEMBER MCLEAN that Administration draft a letter to Alberta Transportation regarding the spraying and mowing along highways within the County.
