St. John Philip Konard Motion to accept report presented by Brian Williams forwarded by David 2 nd by Malcom Fishing Report by Dave Is there any interest in having an Ice fishing derby sometimes in Feb (Family Day?)?? MP Bob Zimmer will be presenting on Bill C-71

3 NEW BUSINESS I move we purchase two door prizes for the AGM in January to improve attendance o I suggest two prizes, one to be drawn at the break and one at the end of the meeting o One prize shooting or hunting related and one related to fishing o A maximum of $ for prizes Motion to have door prizes for nest AGM meeting was forwarded by Grayson, 2 nd by Dave. Vote: was unanimous yes I move we get the word out about the AGM as soon as possible. To do this we need o A basic agenda o What director positions we are recruiting for Motion to have AGM agenda sent out and posted ASAP was forwarded by Brian 2 nd by Dave. Vote: was unanimous yes CQB Report by Grayson Current Stats o 4 Steady Attendees o 1 other occasional Attendees o 8 different people have Attended in total at different times CQB attendance has been variable over the summer and fall due to holidays and long weekends We have once again moved CQB to the indoor range due to weather so CQB is once again Sunday evenings from 7:00PM to 9:00PM o Limited to pistols of varied service calibers and.22lr or pistol caliber tactical rifles Several of the CQB members attended the work party to repair the Air Handling Unit roof at the indoor range. Thanks to Leo Regnier and Leo Vallencourt for their efforts along with the others from different indoor groups Indoor Range AGM next Thursday. NEW BUSINESS I move we allow users of the indoor range to pay a yearly fee instead of paying by usage? This is something the CQB group discussed and seemed to support. The option would still be there to pay by usage, but a member could pay an annual fee of $100 for one group or $200 per year to get access any day the club is at the indoor range. This may also improve attendance when people have pre-paid. o After group discussion, this motion was withdrawn.

4 Motion to accept both of Grayson s reports presented forwarded by David, 2 nd by Dave Treasurer s report Mary Mary not present therefore no report presented. Communications report by Brian Please read letter from David Morel, Assistant Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection Division, BC. This will need further discussion at next meeting. It will be posted on website as separate file. Club received an invoice for $ for range improvement. Motion forwarded by George to approve invoice, 2 nd by Grayson. Vote: passed Yearly membership dues will be increased by $25 starting for Anyone who volunteers at range (for club sanctioned events: open house, work/clean up crews, ) will receive a $25 discount on their yearly membership dues. Brian forwarded a motion to retroactively grant the $25 membership discount to all those who had already volunteered in 2018 sanctioned events, 2 nd by Malcom Vote: was unanimous approved. Malcom will develop list of those who had volunteered in Club to host 3 gun shoot in 2019, Grayson to lead this event. Club will need a work group to assist with updating range (location) signs. Other work groups may be required to insulate Trap club house? More discussion needed, we may need building permit? Next meeting is scheduled for Thursday Dec. 13 A motion to adjourn meeting by Brian, 2 nd by Malcom. Meeting ended at 9:00 PM
