Civic Center Dr., Avondale, AZ For all members on the AzMT medical benefit plan, the flu vaccination will be covered at no cost. The pneumonia vaccination is available at no cost to members over the age of 65 or members aged with risk factors. You may choose to receive the flu shot (age 4 and older), the pneumonia vaccine or both. You should not get the flu shot if you have had a serious allergic reaction to eggs/previous flu shots, an active infection or illness such as fever or acute respiratory problems, and/or a history of Guillain-Barre Syndrome. 3 Do the Noon Walk Did you know that following a sedentary lifestyle is more dangerous for your health than smoking?!?! AzMT L.I.V.E. Wellness is proud to present the Do the Noon Walk Program! From October 1, 2017 through April 30, 2018 AzMT medical benefit plan members, are encouraged to take a 15 to 30 minute walk during their lunch break. Each time a member enjoys a recorded stroll they will be entered into a monthly drawing (max one per day). Start by downloading the free MapMyWalk app and set up a profile. Record and take a walk.
