1 2011 NBDA Senior Citizens Reunion NBDA is approaching its 30th anniversary of establishment and looking back, do you every wonder where are the former and present members of NBDA and others who we have meet at the past NBDA conference in the 80 s, 90 s, and for the past 10 years? You may get the opportunity to see them again at the upcoming Black Deaf Senior Citizens Reunion. NBDA s Senior Citizen Program will host its first ever Black Deaf Senior Citizens Reunion for past and present members of NBDA and their senior friends of the Black Deaf community. The event will take place on October 13-16, 2011 at the Residence Inn - Orlando Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. The theme of the reunion: Coming Together To Do More, Learn More, and Live more. The goals for this historical moment is to bring Black Deaf seniors together to share their past experiences as Black Deaf individuals and to uncover our history, culture and heritage and to develop a stronger bond among senior individuals of the Black Deaf community and NBDA. We need your present and support to help make this event a success!
