LEASURE TIME The weather was realy sunny and hot in this year! Blue sky,the temperature over 30 C every day! Gymnasts spent together wonderful time at the see During the leasure time gymnasts also like to play ping pong.. As every year, we organised whole day TRIP to FLORENCE,to the beautiful historical city of Italy and afternoon trip to PISA, there were nice and relaxing time with learning something from history.. and moreover we had to shore up the Leaning Tower with our strong hands..
SOME MOMENTS in PICTURES.. Just after arrival to the CONI centre FIRST TRAINING in the gymhall. Before the choreography lecture starts, the gymnasts must introduce themselves in english language.they have to say their names and country where they come from. In the first day all participants get the bottle with their names to refill with the fresh cold water as much as they need.. Because of quite hot weather in this period in Italy the water intake during the training is very important and gymnast had to drink a lot.. Soft foam is very usefull for the training. Many times the gymnasts land into the pit. and hardly climb up..
At the bars.. Coaches are waiting for the gymnasts Gymnasts spend a lot of magnesium during the training. Preparation of the loops for training on one bar is not easy and takes time. But also during the training gymnasts found the time for nice smile for the photo. Julien from France Promo Gym did videos from 5 days of the training and at the end of the camp all participants got the flash disc with important materials from the camp to have opportunity to work with information from the camp also at home. Last training in the gymhall is over please do picture for us!
And in the last day and at the banquet TIRRENIA CAKE and last photo with smile! BYE BYE TIRRENIA 2015!
and couple of words at the end camp was running from the beginning till end very well, without any problem. there were 3 new experts for vault, uneven bars, balance beam and for warming up. They adopted themselves in our team and together with all the other experts worked excellently the frame of the programme with practical and theoretical lectures and timing was same as in the last year, it suits to the coaches and gymnasts of age years. very positive for all participants is to get at the end of the camp the videos from the training and theoretical lectures, prepared by professional cameraman in 5 days. reading the notes from the coaches there are some recommendations to have more varied breakfast (cheese, ham, eggs, bread) and also more fruits. Special Thanks to the Italian Gymnastic Federation and to Gianfranco Marzolla for the excellent organization of the training camp. to all the great experts, to Julien Nicolier from France Promo Gym, who prepared flash disc with all materials from the camp to the camp director Rino Scala and his assistant Nadia Brivio and to the entire "CONI" Centre people They all have done very professional work during the whole training camp. Furthermore we prepared pdf.file with CV of our experts, and on the next page you can read handwriting coaches s notes and opinions about this camp! report prepared by Orna Shai and Hana Liskarova WTC/UEG members
