The greater your sales, the greater your rewards. Achieve $10,000 in sales in one year and your membership begins immediately. Plus your status rolls over to the next year - for the entire year! Best of all, you can earn up to 50% on your sales, redeem points for gifts, and receive an invitation to Tributes. In 2018, achieve President s Council or President s Inner Circle and you ll enjoy an incredible, all-expense-paid trip to our Celebration in Maui, Hawaii. 6 PRESIDENT S RECOGNITION PROGRAM The awards The Pinnacle Awards honor President s Club members and above for selling, recruiting, and team growth. When you achieve a Pinnacle level, you automatically qualify for the personal award. Additionally, the top 20 in each category are recognized at the Regional and National levels. Personal and Regional Awards are presented at Tributes and National Awards are presented at PRPC, where the # 1 achiever receives a $5,000 bonus. As of the 2018 cycle, recipients do not need to be a Bronze Leader to qualify for these awards. Each year, an Executive Leader who is also an Honor Society Member receives this award for the way she supports her community, promotes financial independence, encourages entrepreneurship, and embodies Avon s five core values of belief, integrity, respect, trust, and humility. I m grateful to the many people in my life who have influenced me along this wonderful Avon journey. My family, team, friends, and customers have enabled me to enjoy this cherished moment. 12 SPECIAL AWARDS AVON GUIDING SPIRIT AWARD One Avon Leader who has demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to leading by example and inspiring team members to higher levels of success receives this award each year at Avon s Leadership Kickoff meeting. SPIRIT OF ALBEE Recognized as the very first Avon Lady, Mrs. Albee was a remarkable woman, a true visionary, and a great proponent of financial independence for women in the late 19th century. The Spirit of Albee Award symbolizes her entrepreneurial spirit and honors women who strive to build better lives for themselves and others. Each year, an Executive Leader who is also an Inner Circle Member is honored with the award and a $1,500 check at the PRP Celebration. SPIRIT OF AVON AWARDS Bronze Executive Leaders and above choose one President s Club member or above as their team s Spirit of Avon award honoree for their example of living Avon s values, giving back to the community, and consistently delivering excellent customer service. ALBEE AWARD When Avon Representatives achieve President s Club, they also receive 400 Points, which can be redeemed for the Mrs. Albee Award or other valuable gifts. NATIONAL SPIRIT OF AVON AWARDS Three Spirit of Avon Award recipients are chosen as nominees for the National Spirit of Avon Award. They and their stories are featured on stage at RepFest, and attendees vote for the honoree who best represents the National Spirit of Avon. The award is presented annually at RepFest
