7 2015 ISPLS Annual Convention SPONSORSHIP & EXHIBITOR GENERAL INFORMATION The ISPLS Annual Convenon aracts over 500 Surveying Professionals each year from in and surrounding Indiana. These aendees are typically the owners, managers, directors and decision-makers of the most established and reputable surveying companies in and surrounding Indiana. CONFERENCE LOCATION AND LODGING INFORMATION Hotel room reservaons should be made directly with the Indianapolis Marrio East, 7202 East 21st Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46219, Phone Be sure to menon the 2015 ISPLS Convenon for preferred room rates. BOOTH PACKAGE George E. Fern Co. is the Official Decorator for this conference and has the exclusive rights to supply all decorang materials to the exhibitors. Exhibitor badges will be furnished to each exhibitor and must be worn for idenficaon purposes at all mes in the exhibit hall. Exhibit booth assignments will be made by the ISPLS Convenon Exhibitors Coordinator in keeping with the requests of the locaon indicated on the Exhibit Floor Plan. The ISPLS Convenon Exhibitors Coordinator reserves the right to make final determinaon of all space assignments in the best interest of the conference. Exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Indiana Society of Professional Land Surveyors, Inc. and the 2015 Indiana State Conference Commiee against any and all liability and expenses for personal injury and property damages or loss arising from or out of the use by the Exhibitor for the exhibit space or the acvies in connecon therewith. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellaons received by ISPLS in wring prior to December 12, 2014 will be entled to a refund of all money paid, less a $ processing fee.
