It always has been. It s unfortunate that most of the time; we only take the time on this holiday to reflect on how thankful we are and how much we appreciate one another. Nonetheless, with this being my last newsletter entry, I want to thank all the staff and managers here at Poet s Walk Round Rock for allowing me to be apart of an awesome team. For coming to work everyday and giving pieces of your hearts to each an every one of the residents here. Poet s Walk Families, thank you, for allowing us to care for you and your family members. Thank you for having confidence in our team and letting us be apart of such wonderful lives. It has truly been an honor and a time I will always cherish. So many great times, so many great memories. It has honestly been priceless. And as always, thank you for this opportunity to serve. She also brings her own musical instruments so we can join in! Riverboat Showcase Hosted by Lamar 11/9 Lamar P. is a well seasoned piano player and singer with over 35 years of experience. Lamar really is a piano sensation playing all the show tunes of our favorite shows, movies and plays and so much more. Music from the Heart Hosted by Wen 11/11 & 11/25 Wen A. is full of life and brings smiles to everyone in his concerts with his velvet voice and up beat lyrics this is one exciting and show stopping performance you don t want to miss. Wen is a community favorite amongst showcases classic 1950s, Elvis, Hawaiian and much more! Veterans Day Awards Ceremony and Concert 11/11 We will honor every veteran at the second annual Veterans Day Awards ceremony and concert at am & am. The Golden Oldies Hosted by John 11/21 Voted best in 2016 and 2017, John brings the teenager out of all of us! This concert is the bee s knees of the 1950s and 60s era. We all love to shake, rattle and roll with John and look forward to his concert every month!
