5 A LETTER FROM YOUR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Scott Gibson EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT Pam Johnson Line Cook I wish to express my gratitude to all the founders, families, and staff that have contributed to the successful one - year anniversary of our community. As we reflect on our one-year anniversary and this time of thanksgiving, we are grateful for the precious gift of family, friends and our loving staff. I wanted to take this opportunity to acknowledge and thank our entire staff for the excellent care and service they give our residents. It is because of our staff that we have created the loving, home-like atmosphere that makes Magnolia Springs the place that it is. As we move forward, I am motivated to continue the passion I have for seniors, and their families. I encourage my team to provide the best experience for our community while serving others with heart, passion, and respect. Together we will celebrate life each, and every day. I wish each of you a blessed thanksgiving and joyous holiday season. Sincerely, Scott Gibson Pam was born in Cincinnati and grew up in Madisonville and Cumminsville. She attended Peter Clark Academy.
