ELIGIBILITY The MDRT Experience and Global Conference is open to both MDRT members and non-members who are at least 18 years old by 8 February MDRT member-only functions are open to 2017 and 2018 MDRT members approved by 8 February Company officials, managers, spouses and family members may also attend the meeting provided they have registered. Admittance to all MDRT Experience and Global Conference events is by registration badge only.

COMPANY REGISTRATION INCENTIVE Additional benefits are available to companies that purchase registrations in groups as follows: Number of Registrations Purchased Complimentary Registrations or more 25 Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Register early, as it is possible for the 2018 MDRT Experience and Global Conference to reach capacity at any time prior to the conference. REFUNDS AND TRANSFER No refunds for registrations will be permitted. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another delegate on or before 5 December No name changes after 5 December Unused funds will not be credited to another MDRT event. GROUP REGISTRATIONS For group registrations of 20 or more people, please contact the 2018 MDRT Experience and Global Conference at the information listed below. VISA DENIALS Members who are denied visa into Bangkok are eligible to receive a full refund for the meeting registration fee only if official documentation of their visa denial is provided to MDRT at mdrt-experience@mci-group.com by 8 February MDRT cannot process refunds for visa denials received after 8 February SIMULTANEOUS INTERPRETATION SERVICES Advanced registration required English is the official language of the 2018 MDRT Experience and Global Conference. Simultaneous interpretation of the Main Platform sessions, workshops and members-only programming will be provided when at least 100 registered delegates have requested interpretation in a common language. Language options include: Bahasa Indonesia, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Thai and Vietnamese. INTERPRETATION REQUESTS Interpretation requests and payment must be made at the time of registration, on or before 31 October The fee for interpretation service is USD 25. MDRT cannot guarantee the availability of interpretation radios for delegates who did not request simultaneous interpretation by 31 October 2017, after which interpretation radios will be provided based on availability.

7 General Information ATTIRE Attendees are encouraged to wear business casual clothing to the sessions and events. Neckties and similar clothing are not required, but feel free to wear what makes you comfortable. ACTIVITY By attending this meeting, you acknowledge that participation at the meeting and in all related activities are voluntary and optional, and that participation in any of these events are at your own risk. You agree to hold MDRT harmless from any claims, costs or expenses arising from any injury as a result. CONSENT FOR USE OF REGISTRATION INFORMATION Individuals registering for the 2018 MDRT Experience and Global Conference grant permission for the MDRT and its housing agency and other designees to use the information contained in their registration to secure housing and to finalize their registration. Should individuals book direct with any official hotel and/or overflow hotel, the individuals authorizes the hotel and MDRT, its housing agency and other designees to access to the information contained in their registration. CONSENT FOR USE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES Registration and attendance at or participation in MDRT meetings or other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to MDRT s or its licensees use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant s or attendee s image and voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audio recording of such events or activities. MDRT FOUNDATION The MDRT Foundation is the charitable organization of the Million Dollar Round Table. Since 1959, through generous donations from MDRT members and industry partner, the MDRT Foundation has awarded more than USD 30 million in MDRT member-endorsed grants to fund charities/ngos in Asia and worldwide.
