1 AUCTION CHAIRS DINNER/AUCTION ATTENDANCE - Working with the Shanley Dinner Auction Committee to (a) promote the annual event to the John Paul II Catholic community and the general public and (b) assist the Shanley Dinner Auction in reaching attendance capacity; MAJOR GIFT SOLICITATION - Working with the Shanley Dinner Auction Solicitations Committee to (a) identify unique major gift auction packages, (b) identify new donors and (c) solicit/secure major gifts for the annual dinner auction; VOLUNTEER RECRUITMENT - Inviting new and returning volunteers to the various committees within the overall Shanley Dinner Auction (i.e. Solicitations, Ticket Sales, Raffle, Catalog, Table Host, Pre-Party, Advertising, Buy-In Parties, Silent Auction, Student Ambassadors, Ticket Administration, Item Props and Signs, etc.).
