As you may know, the Newborn Foundation and Coalition was launched with our co-founder and partner organizations about a year after my own baby Eve s open heart surgery. She was diagnosed at 2 days old, and was able to survive and thrive because of early detection and access to life-saving treatment. The Newborn Foundation was established with one strategic mission - to leverage technologies that can improve access, save newborn lives and improve the health of babies. It s been a wild, life-changing ride.
