2 In times both ordinary and extraordinary, your generosity provides access to quality healthcare for anyone who needs it in our community and educational opportunities to help all children lead healthy, productive lives. The Napa Valley Vintners nonprofit partners work tirelessly every day to create a healthy community and to help children succeed. Last year alone 100,000 lives became stronger and more whole thanks to your support at Auction Napa Valley. The nature of our giving allows our nonprofit partners to grow strong and resilient themselves. Never has that strength been more important than when wildfires blazed through wine country last October. Following the 2014 South Napa earthquake the NVV, using Auction proceeds, gave the lead gift of $10 million to establish the Napa Valley Community Disaster Relief Fund, managed by the Napa Valley Community Foundation (NVCF). Within hours of the start of the wildfires, the NVV worked with the NVCF to reactivate the Fund and deliver immediate assistance to all who needed it. Our nonprofit partners provided temporary shelter, food, medical care, mental health services, emergency childcare, transportation and many other services for more than 15,000 people. We are immeasurably grateful for the miracles you help make happen in ordinary and extraordinary times.

3 One in five Napa County residents use OLE Health as their primary care provider. OLE Health is the largest recipient of NVV funding and Napa County s only nonprofit health clinic. OLE Health dispatched physicians, nurses, medical assistants and pharmacists to fire evacuation centers to provide immediate medical services.

4 Nearly 60,000 clients of 12 of our nonprofit partners have access to appropriate emotional and physical wellness services. Cope Family Center s trauma-informed staff launched and managed the children s play area at the Napa Valley College fire evacuation center, making sure children had a comfortable and safe space for interactive playtime, reading, fun and laughter despite the instability and uncertainty around them.

5 More than 9,000 family members were served last year through family resource centers funded by Auction Napa Valley proceeds. Family resource centers provide a safe, accessible place for families to connect with comprehensive services that help them become stronger and more self-reliant. UpValley Family Centers provided bilingual case management and emergency financial assistance for those facing financial hardship due to the wildfires, while also connecting families and seniors to local, state and federal disaster relief.

On The Move provides integrated services for a broad spectrum of people in the pursuits of educational equality, reducing barriers to employment, access to quality mental health, moving youth from

6 On The Move provides integrated services for a broad spectrum of people in the pursuits of educational equality, reducing barriers to employment, access to quality mental health, moving youth from foster care to independence and well-being and inclusion for LGBTQ youth. On The Move quickly distributed more than $854,000 in disaster relief funds to more than 700 families through the Napa Valley Community Foundation as cash assistance, food, shelter, childcare, translation support and more.

Here s the latest on three capital projects you are helping to bring to life: OLE HEALTH A new facility in South Napa will serve more than 15,000 people, making this new facility critical to the wellbeing of our community. Construction is underway and OLE Health plans to open the doors in fall of BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS OF ST. HELENA AND CALISTOGA The Calistoga clubhouse opened for business in October of 2017 and anticipates serving 400 children in Calistoga each year with a full gymnasium and ample room for computer labs and cooking classes. BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS OF NAPA VALLEY American Canyon will be home to a new, state-of-theart clubhouse that will serve 600 children each year and is scheduled to open in May of 2018, just in time for summer programs.
