1 Blaenau Gwent Blaenau Gwent Bridgend Bridgend Gwent Wildlife Trust Ltd Tillery Action For You Ltd Coychurch Gardening Society Siarad Da Interest Company This project will build on a pilot, offering recreational, social and work-based outdoor opportunities for people with mental and physical health problems in Gwent. The project will work with 200 participants and will increase their health and wellbeing through activities such as bush craft, geocaching and nature walks. 69,086 over two years, will fund a full-time Project Officer, training costs, travel and expenses, marketing and communications, events, equipment, overheads and redundancy costs. Tillery Action For You Ltd in Blaenau Gwent will train and support volunteers to create better community green spaces and facilities, which will improve the area and develop the skills of the volunteers. 9,229 will pay for gardening appliances, personal protective equipment and volunteer expenses. Coychurch Gardening Society in Bridgend will buy lightweight folding tables, in order to host a gardening event which will engage with the whole community. 3,018 will fund 20 tables and storage trolleys. Siarad Da Interest Company in Bridgend will provide accredited training to adults working or living with children and young people whose challenging behaviour negatively impacts the community. 10,000 will fund a trainer, expenses and training accreditation. Caerphilly GoConnect Ltd GoConnect Ltd in Caerphilly will teach participants to teach digital skills to young people in order to increase their employability and social capital. 10,000 will buy for training and associated costs, tutor and admin support costs. Caerphilly The National Youth Advocacy Service The National Youth Advocacy Service in Caerphilly, Gwent, Vale of Glamorgan, Cardiff and Rhondda will provide baby boxes for parents leaving the care system. 9,850 will buy the boxes and contents, volunteer National Lottery Awards for All Summary for embargo date 2 August

2 Caerphilly Cardiff Cardiff Welsh Housing Aid Limited Family Fun in Tremorfa Parents Life Venture Solutions Ltd expenses, publicity materials, translation, and management. Welsh Housing Aid Limited in Cardiff will improve relationships between young people and their families to reduce anti-social behaviour which is putting their tenancies at risk. 9,805 will fund activities, catering, gym induction, admissions, transport and translation. Family Fun in Tremorfa Parents in Cardiff will to provide workshops and childcare for parents, encouraging cohesion. 4,415 will cover costs for the workshops, transport and a crèche. Life Venture Solutions Ltd in Cardiff will run a pilot film-making project with ex-offenders which will promote the benefits of continued training and wellbeing interventions. 9,998 will fund project workers, marketing, venue hire and expenses. Cardiff Splott SuperStars Splott Superstars in Cardiff, who run a netball club for refugee and asylum seeking women with English as a second language, will use the grant to expand their provision to run sessions specifically for under 18's. 4,130 will pay for hall hire, netball equipment, travel costs and professional childcare. Cardiff Cardiff Carmarthenshire The Rainbow of Hope/Paradise Run Women's Equality Network Wales Arts Care Gofal Celf The Rainbow of Hope / Paradise Run in Cardiff will provide basic skills training in ICT and English, for people who are homeless, refugees and asylum seekers. 9,610 will buy IT equipment and technical support. Women's Equality Network Wales in Cardiff will develop a mentoring network to provide bespoke training and peer group support, to enable women from diverse backgrounds to get into politics and public life. 10,000 will fund staff wages, transport, and event costs. Arts Care Gofal Celf in Carmarthenshire will offer a series of workshops for those experiencing mental health issues, where horse led therapy sessions work alongside more traditional arts activities for an innovative approach to improving wellbeing. 10,000 will fund workshop costs, publicity and management. 3 Carmarthenshire Carmarthenshire Carmarthenshire Eglwyscummin Association New Dock Stars RFC Stebonheath C P School Eglwyscummin Association in Pembrokeshire will develop a new communal recreation facility that will benefit the local school and wider community. 9,668 will buy plinths, various benches, a BBQ stand and trees. New Dock Stars RFC in Carmarthenshire will provide disability access to the clubhouse, changing rooms and toilets. This will support inclusivity for all members of the community to access the facilities will fund a disabled access toilet in and ramp to the house and improvements to changing rooms and showers. Stebonheath C P School in Carmarthenshire will bring people together and build community spirit by running a programme of outdoor and creative activities that will be open to all. 9,800 will fund outdoor play equipment, environmental activity and craft materials, a portable ramp, and a sessional worker. Ceredigion AberPCC AberPCC (the Aberystwyth Polish Centre) in Ceredigion will hold a series of creative workshops to bring local children together to learn about Polish culture and heritage. 7,300 will cover staff costs, venue hire, insurance, resources, marketing and translation. Ceredigion Aberystwyth 50+ Forum Ceredigion Cadwgan Building Preservation Trust Aberystwyth 50+ Forum will provide a programme of activities for their members to address social isolation. 3,860 will fund coach hire, admin and tuition, room hire, insurance, an annual meal, and office supplies. Cadwgan Building Preservation Trust in Ceredigion will use the grant for repairs at Brioude Gardens, a well-loved and widely used public garden at the entrance of Cardigan Castle. 10,000 will fund building work. Ceredigion Calon Tysul Calon Tysul in Ceredigion will expand their services, in order to offer more activities for National Lottery Awards for All Summary for embargo date 2 August

Aberconwy Domestic Abuse Service in Conwy will run an early intervention and prevention service, for children who have experienced domestic abuse. 9,945 will fund sessional worker costs, travel and phone expenses, subsistence, stationery, and materials. Diverse Arts Enterprises Ltd in Conwy will promote mindfulness and wellbeing in young people with emotional issues through the provision of day-long workshops. 8,400 will pay trainer fees and catering costs for 12 sessions. Fair Treatment for the Women of Wales in Conwy will use the grant to host an All Wales Woman s Health Equality Conference. 10,000 will pay for venue hire, speakers, refreshments, travel, printing and marketing, filming, translation and administration. Rhos Methodist Playgroup in Conwy will run sports sessions to promote health and wellbeing, addressing the issue of childhood obesity. 5,975 will buy a pre-school sports pack, an all-weather sports pack, skills books, and stickers. TAPE Music and Film in Conwy will establish a visual arts project for beneficiaries, some of whom have additional learning needs or disabilities, across North Wales. 6,860 will fund promotion, project management and administration, art materials, facilitator fees, and volunteer expenses. Conwy Tudno Playschool Tudno Playschool in Conwy will purchase educational toys designed to help those with development delays and additional needs to meet the growing demand for their service. 5 Denbighshire LLanbedr DC Village Hall 10,000 will fund volunteer expenses, equipment, resources, and disability aids. LLanbedr DC Village Hall in Denbighshire will refurbish the facilities allowing community events and groups to have a central hub. 3,900 will fund the refurbishment of the village hall, equipment, publicity, administration and workshops. Denbighshire Rhyl Youth Group Rhyl Youth Group will use the grant to help set up their organisation, which encourages younger people to socialise and reduces incidents of anti-social behaviour in the local Denbighshire Flintshire Flintshire Ysgol Bro Dyfrdwy Hawarden Council Holywell Football in the Limited community. This grant for 9,944 will fund insurance, venue hire, utilities, IT equipment, sound system, training, games equipment, volunteer expenses, promotional materials, celebration event, and kitchen equipment. Ysgol Bro Dyfrdwy in Denbighshire will buy play equipment, to improve facilities for the whole community. 10,000 will fund rubber surfacing, rubber tyres, and a climbing frame. Hawarden Council in Deeside will organise a summer festival to bring the community together. 2,511 will fund costs for the festival including event insurance and licences, toilets, and volunteer expenses. Holywell Football in the Limited in Flintshire will provide electricity, Wi-Fi connection and furniture to three portable offices for the community to use for educational courses. 8,517 will fund electricity, IT equipment and furniture. Flintshire Ysgol Ty Ffynnon Ysgol Ty Ffynnon in Flintshire will develop an unused area of school land into a garden for pupils and local residents to enjoy. 8,830 will fund the transformation including landscaping and ground preparation. Gwynedd Gwynedd Bangor Students' Union Ysgol Gynradd Abererch Bangor Students' Union will enable six participants to deliver workshops on suicide prevention skills for students, in turn embedding training within the University community on an ongoing basis. 9,600 will fund training costs. Ysgol Gynradd Abererch in Gwynedd will install a new, all-weather tyre bounce play park to improve facilities for the local National Lottery Awards for All Summary for embargo date 2 August

6 Monmouthshire Monmouthshire North Gwent Cardiac Rehabilitation and Aftercare Charity Rogiet Junction community. 9,250 will buy outdoor play equipment. North Gwent Cardiac Rehabilitation and Aftercare Charity in Monmouthshire and Blaenau Gwent will replace exercise equipment, provide educational materials and introduce group activities. 8,250 will buy different exercise machines, sport workshops, and educational materials. Rogiet Junction in Monmouthshire will create and run a community shop to help bring their community together and improve local facilities. 9,720 will fund a coordinator, travel costs, phone and a laptop. Neath Port Talbot Newport The Parochial Church Council of Cwmafan Coldbath Road Allotment Association Buttington Trewern C.P. School Dolau Recreation Association Future Play Machynlleth The Parochial Church Council of Cwmafan in Neath Port Talbot will improve the facilities available at their community hall. 9,840 will fund furniture, sinks, fittings, electrical equipment, flooring, electrical work, tiling, recycling costs, installation, and VAT. Coldbath Road Allotment Association in Newport will install eco toilets and a community cabin at the allotment site. 9,495 will fund two eco toilets and a community cabin. Buttington Trewern C.P. School in will install an outdoor gym in their community hub to improve fitness and wellbeing. 10,000 will fund nine equipment stations. Dolau Recreation Association in Llandrindod Wells will celebrate the 20th anniversary of their community hall by renovating parts of the building. 10,000 will fund kitchen and ceiling refurbishments. Future Play Machynlleth will install a new playground for a wider range of ages, and abilities, than is currently available in the park. The project will benefit all school children in the area and their families as well as older children. The project will reduce isolation by increasing opportunities for socialisation and provide further opportunities for younger people. 93,060, over one year, will contribute towards the capital equipment costs and contingency. Knighton Town Council in will create an outdoor gym to improve the health and wellbeing of the local community. 9,159 will fund the purchase, delivery and installation of four workout fitness stations, surfacing and marketing. Knighton Woodland Tots in will offer low-price Forest School sessions for parents and toddlers in their village. 3,650 will fund training, insurance, sessional workers, equipment and publicity. Llyswen Cheeky Monkeys Nursery in will create an outdoor play area for their nursery which has been designed with children and parents. 8,950 will fund a toy kitchen, a sand pit, a play house and a pirate ship, artificial grass, and play equipment. Montgomery C.I.W. School in will redevelop an area on their grounds into a wildlife focused outdoor learning space which will be used by the pupils of the school and the wider community. 10,000 will fund staff training and the development of site and resources. Rhayader & District Support in plan to refurbish and repair their community hub, which is vital to improving the health and wellbeing of local people. 10,000 will fund the reburbishment including loft insulation, cellar stairs, kitchenette, fire doors, paint, furniture, soft furnishings, and promotional materials. Sennybridge Young Farmers' in will provide training for members, in turn enabling them to improve their wellbeing and reduce isolation. 4,000 will fund venue hire, training sessions, skills training, materials, and equipment. Talgarth Festival Group will organise a free community festival to promote local National Lottery Awards for All Summary for embargo date 2 August

8 Talybont Woodland Group businesses and encourage tourism. 4,873 will fund trestle tables, sandwich boards, road signs and a trolley. Talybont Woodland Group in will run outdoor activity days, open days and accredited courses for their community which will both improve their wellbeing, increase skills and help to efficiently maintain the woodland. 9,964 will fund training and qualification, a trailer, equipment, outdoor activity leader and an open day/celebration event. Talybont-on-Usk Council Rhondda Cynon Taf Cruse Bereavement Care Merthyr Tydfil and Rhondda Cynon Taff Area Rhondda Cynon Taf Rhigos Kidz'N youth Group The project will transform two deteriorating tennis courts into an accessible multi-use activity area, offering a cost effective and versatile space with an all-weather surface that can be used and accessed by all ages and abilities. The improvements will offer flexibility and the space be used for football, cricket, basketball, netball, hockey, tennis and other accessible sports such as boccia, reducing inactivity and revitalising opportunities for individual, family and team activities. 95,924 over one year, will fund freelance fees, refurbishment work, equipment and signage. Cruse Bereavement Care Merthyr Tydfil and Rhondda Cynon Taff Area will develop a new introduction to their bereavement courses and train more volunteers in community engagement. 9,963 will fund eight information events and support groups, training courses for groups, telephone support and support, volunteers community engagement pilot and printing costs. Rhigos Kidz'N Youth Group in Rhondda Cynon Taf will buy IT equipment to encourage children to attend the Homework Support Group. 4,371 will fund eight Apple ipad s and associated kit, and stationery. Waun Wen Families in Rhondda Cynon Taf will provide activities and events for young people and families to unite and build a cohesive community to combat vandalism, and anti social behaviour. 6,072 will fund an after school club, holiday fitness sessions, community celebration events, entry fees to local attractions, transport, healthy eating tutor and ingredients. Clydach Cricket in will renovate the outside space at their pavilion to make it more accessible and flexible for community activities. 10,000 will fund seating, carpentry, accessibility and woodwork. CUSP CUSP will give free weekend skating sessions to young 8-16 year olds in disadvantaged and minority groups. 10,000 will fund weekly skateboarding passes and outreach costs. Discovery SVS Discovery SVS in will run a programme of volunteering activities designed to build relationships and support the local Dragon Arts and Learning community. 8,758 will fund staff costs. Dragon Arts and Learning in will un art therapy, music, IT photography, ceramics and confidence building classes for the most disadvantaged and vulnerable adults in their community. 9,980 will fund tutor fees, materials, marketing, and a ceramic kiln. Pengelli Primary School Chrysanthemum Society Pengelli Primary School in will develop an area of the school grounds for the wider community to access and use outside of school hours. 10,000 will fund a mud kitchen, sand box, a stage, two benches, water channels, and play turf. Chrysanthemum Society will use the grant to hold a community event, develop a growing project with a local school, and provide an educational trip for members. 4,900 will fund equipment, transport, educational trip, accommodation, seeds, community engagement, and marketing. Psychotherapy and Counselling for Everyone CIC Psychotherapy and Counselling for Everyone (SPACE) CIC will set up a centre for people experiencing mental health issues. 10,000 will fund two part-time therapists and marketing costs. Arts Connection - Cyswllt Celf will host a series of arts sessions for refugees, designed to give them a platform for their stories and help them to build relationships with local community members. 10,000 will fund artist fees, materials, venue hire, and management. Glyndwr University in Wrexham will deliver digital learning workshops for younger people age with autistic spectrum disorder, giving them an opportunity to explore alternative routes into employment and higher education. 9,960 will fund digital equipment including cameras, PC s, games consoles, and art and design packages. Overton Playcentre in Wrexham will redevelop their outdoor space, creating a learning environment for children and the wider community. 8,200 will fund building materials and play equipment.
