Attendees are eager to earn National Tax Practice Institute (NTPI ) continuing education credits and NTPI Fellowship status, to get the most recent updates on taxpayer representation and tax preparation issues, to network with their peers, and to discover innovative products and services that can help them manage their businesses. EXHIBIT BOOTH (SEE SEPARATE EXHIBITOR PROSPECTUS) PRE-CONFERENCE PRESENTATION SESSION ($5,000) Many attendees arrive the day before educational sessions begin at 8:00 am on the first day of the conference. This is an opportunity to host an attendee talk on registration day. NAEA will provide a room and standard A/V for a 50-minute afternoon presentation. Sales presentations are not allowed. Add a post-presentation reception for $40 per person. NAEA will manage the order for light, passed hors d oeuvres and a complimentary beverage via drink ticket. RECEPTION ($5,000) One of the most anticipated events of any conference is the kickoff networking event. The reception reconnects attendees and sets the stage for mingling. Sponsors can benefit from a co-branded event offering complimentary drinks, appetizers, music, and A/V presentation. Supporters are also welcome to address attendees after NAEA leadership speaks, and network among the crowd. CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST ($1,000/DAY; $2,500/3 DAYS) Get the attendees talking about your company over their first cup of coffee! Your name and logo will be prominently displayed at the breakfast you sponsor. You may choose a day, or sponsor two or three days. TOTE BAGS ($4,500, INCLUDES PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING FEES) This is the sponsorship that keeps on giving. Besides having an insert inside the bag, your company name, logo and website will be printed on it. This essential bag will contain the course materials attendees carry throughout the conference.
