Al- Shadeedi Abstract The objective of this study was to determined the ability of dried bakery yeast to reduce the effect of aflatoxin B on broiler chicks. 0 day male fawbro broiler chicks was distributed into four treatment. The first treatment was the control. The second treatment chicks fed a ration containing ppm aflatoxin B. The third treatment chicks fed a ration supplemented with 0.% of dried bakery yeast. The fourth treatment chicks fed a ration containing ppm aflatoxin B and 0.% dried bakery yeast, and it s effects on broiler blood proteins and enzymes at weeks of age was studied. The data obtained revealed the following: Percentages of blood Pre-albumin, Albumin, Total albumins,, - Globulin and Total globulins were decreased significantly when Post_albumin and glucose increased significantly in broiler fed ppm aflatoxin B compaired with control group. Albumin, Post- albumin, Total albumin and GPT activity increased significantly in broiler blood fed aration supplemented with 0.% of dried bakery yeast. The ration containing ppm aflatoxin and 0.% dried bakery yeast increased blood Pre-albumin, Albumin, Total albumin - Globulin and decreased post-albumin significantly which indicated the efficiency of dried bakery yeast to reduce the effect of aflatoxin B.
