3 Register for the AANEM 2016 Annual Meeting Online registration is the preferred registration method. At you can view real-time session availability and receive immediate confirmation of your registration. You also can mail or fax the included insert, but we cannot guarantee your selected sessions will be available when your fax or mailed form is received. Confirmation will be sent to you within two weeks of receipt, but allow more time if you are a registrant from outside of the United States. NONMEMBERS Physicians-in-Training: You must submit a letter from your training director verifying your training status with your registration to receive the reduced fee. Medical Students: You must submit a letter from an AANEM physician member with this registration form, you cannot register online.
