2 Diagnosis, Mechanisms, and Management of Cancer Treatment-Induced Neurotoxicities: Neuropathy, Fatigue and Cognitive Impairment GOAL This two-day scientific conference is to convene internationally highly recognized researchers specialized in pre-clinical and clinical research on cancer treatment-induced neurotoxicities and its pathological consequences to discuss experimental, translational and clinical cutting edge data on the identification, mechanisms and treatment of neurotoxicities of the peripheral and central nervous system with a focus on chemotherapyinduced neuropathy (CIPN), cognitive impairment, fatigue and depression. TARGET AUDIENCE This program should be of interest to: Physicians Students Post-Docs Basic Scientists Residents Fellows Nurses

3 CALL FOR ABSTRACTS Abstracts may be submitted for the Poster Session, and must be received no later than Sunday, December 20, Please submit via to Limit poster abstracts to half page, plain 8.5 x 11 inch paper, 250 words max, typed single-spaced, font Georgia 11pt. Organize the Aim, Methods, Results, and Conclusions. Define all abbreviations, and provide three to five keywords describing the nature and content of the abstract. Please include the name of the conference, title of your presentation, author s full name, highest degree, and institutional affiliation. Also, please include author s telephone, fax, and information. The conference Executive Committee will select abstracts for poster on the basis of their scientific merit and content quality. Participants will be notified of their posters acceptance by by Tuesday, January 5, Registration for the conference is required. If your abstract is accepted you will receive the poster guidelines. The opening session of the conference will begin at 12:45 p.m. on Friday, January 22 nd and the conference will adjourn at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 23 rd.
