3 Speakers and Topic Objectives: Dr. Christopher Lilja, Chiropractor and Natural Medicine Dr. Lilja has a Bachelor s of Science in Human Biology and Doctorate in Chiropractic, Northwestern Health Science University. After graduating from Northwestern Health Science University with a B.S. in Human Biology and a Doctorate in Chiropractic, Dr. Lilja received extensive training in clinical nutrition and applied kinesiology. This training allowed him to broaden his scope of practice. As an expert in injury management, he has worked with patients dealing with the effects of auto accidents, work-related injuries, sports injuries, and degenerative conditions. Dr. Lilja is also an experienced clinical nutritionist, and he naturally addresses body chemistry to speed injury recovery, promote health, and address a variety of chronic disease challenges. Dr. Lilja is a proud father of two daughters and one son. When he is not in the office, he is an avid fisherman, enjoys yoga, goes hiking and camping, and spends time with his family and friends. Dr. Troy Boffeli, Foot and Ankle Surgery (Podiatry) Dr. Boffeli graduated from University of Osteopathic Medicine & Health Services His goal as a foot and ankle surgeon is to improve the health and lives of my patients by resolving their pain, restoring normal ambulation, preventing amputation, and maximizing recovery after an injury. I am particularly interested in finding the best methods to treat complex foot and ankle fractures, deformities, infections, wounds, and arthritic conditions. I also enjoy teaching these methods to podiatric medical students, foot and ankle surgery residents, and practicing surgeons. My favorite free time activities include spending time with my wife and teenagers, paddle boarding, and biking on local off-road trails.

Nancy Callinan, MA, OTR/L, CHT Manager of Hand Therapy at TRIA Orthopedic Center since Certified hand therapist since MA in Health and Human Services Administration from St. Mary s University. (1998) BS in Occupational Therapy, University of MN. (1978) Provide an understanding of human anatomy and the potential for physical challenges that arise for the office worker. Offer suggestions for creating efficiency and comfort in the work environment by making simple functional changes and modifications. Provide tips on chair yoga and desk Pilates for office workers to maintain good postural health and comfort. We will also do grip strength testing for participants.

5 Michelle Hall, Brittany s Place Program Services Specialist Michelle Hall has been at Brittany s Place for several years assisting with organizing and implementing recovery services for the residents. A safe and supportive environment that empowers girls and young women, ages 10 17, to achieve their goals and lead healthy lives after being rescued from sex trafficking. Learn about the rallying of the health care system to support these teenage girls and other community support and engagement, example: mental health, chemical health, family reunification, culturally responsive care, and trauma informed care. She has particular specialization in health care, chronic illness, heart failure, and geriatrics. Anne currently maintains a full time mental health practice, as well as managing her own consulting company, in the Twin Cities. Because she has a love for education and advocacy, Anne also serves as adjunct/community faculty to the University of MN graduate School of Social Work, and enjoys volunteering for WomenHeart, the only national non-profit organization that focuses on advocacy for womenheart. Anne lives in the Twin Cities metro area with her husband and two daughters, and in her free time enjoys nature, reading, and exploring new recipes in her kitchen.
