The conference is designed to benefit all those attending (families, caregivers, educators, professionals) through presentations, workshops, and interaction with the world s leading experts speaking on Fragile X related issues. Who will be presenting? This conference will be anchored by five of the world s leading professionals specializing in research, treatment, therapies, and strategies to improve the lives of those affected by Fragile X Syndrome. With many years of experience in the field all continue to be on the cutting edge of new and upcoming treatments, therapies and research. Speakers; Dr. Lisa Craft, Medical Director, University of Louisville Fragile X Clinic Dr. Craig Erickson, Medical Director of the Cincinnati Fragile X Research and Treatment Center at Cincinnati Children s Hospital Medical Center and at the St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. Cost per Attendee: $ per person 1 Day Only: $75.00 Certificates of Attendance: Available upon request Registration includes: Two full days filled with a wide range of topics relating to Fragile X; lunch both days and the opportunity meet fellow attendees that are focused on learning more about Fragile X. Scholarships are available on limited basis. When: September 20 th and 21 st, 2013 (Friday and Saturday) Planned Times: 8:30 am 5:00 pm. Conference check-in will open at 7:45am both days if needed. Basic Directions from the Hotel Staff The Doubletree Inn is located at the entrance to the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. From the East take I-275 West to Kentucky and take Airport exit 4B. From the West take I-275 East to Kentucky and take Exit 4 and make a right. From the North take I-71/75 South to Kentucky to I-275 West and take Airport exit 4B. From the South take I-71/75 North to Kentucky to I-275 West and take Airport exit 4B.
