Failure to give 24 hours notice of a pending non appearance will incur a fine of $50.00 (2018 Special Victorian Competition Rules). COMPETITION INFORMATION Competitors must report to the check in table at least 15 minutes prior to the start of their section. Music must be handed in at check in at Langwarrin and Cranbourne only. Blackouts are available for all sections however please advise if required at check in. Note there is no centre back opening at Cranbourne. Lighting is available for all Senior Calisthenic and Graceful Sections. Please submit lighting sheet at check in. Lighting is to be called from side stage. All performances will be timed and penalties will apply. If changing venues, it is less than 5 minutes by car between George Jenkins Theatre and Frankston Arts Centre. It is 10 and 20 minutes to Langwarrin and Cranbourne respectively from either of these venues. George Jenkins Theatre and Frankston Arts Centre run their own full canteens. Peninsula Solos will be operating a canteen at Langwarrin and Cranbourne Community Theatre. Weekend Passes will be available allowing entry to all sections and venues. These tickets may only be used by the person named on the ticket. Photo identification will be required. Results will be posted to our Facebook group Peninsula Calisthenic Solos by the end of each competition day.

6 COACHES PASSES Coaches are required to report to the check in table and present their current registration to collect their complimentary entry pass. This pass will only be issued to the Level 1 / Level 2 coach indicated in the competitor s 2018 CVI registration. Please note EFT facilities are not available for purchase of entry tickets at any of the venues.
