6 2018 HIGHLIGHTS NEW OFFICE : 6800 Park Ten Blvd, SATX WOOHOO! 5 paid employees and one intern, increased regular in-office and other volunteering Overall funds luncheon, walk, grants, foundations and other donations to date in 2018 exceeds 2017 (more detail to come in annual report) Classes in Spanish for the first time Improved Website and Social media presence

7 Education Continue expanding classes and presentations into other mental health related organizations (Haven for Hope, VA, Endeavors, SA Clubhouse), houses of worship and corporate sites Implement NAMI Ending the Silence to schools middle and high school students, school staff and parents Revised Family and Friends to various entities including corporate settings (RackSpace, Citibank) NAMI Smarts Modules to prepare for a Day at the Capital in 2019 Pathways to Hope Conference and Faith Net expansion: Bridges to Hope Financial/Resource Development Continue to submit grant/foundation requests Utilize End of Year and other appeals Expand financial base through the Visionary Lunch and Walk corporate sponsors and other fundraising activities Continue containing costs by looking for corporate sponsorship of supplies/printing etc WHERE ARE WE HEADING?

8 Outreach Continue Green Ribbon Challenge Corporate Partnerships: Family and Friends and sites for classes & groups Schools Ending the Silence leads to more Basics classes Website Development - move to more user friendly platform to ensure timely updates and frequent refresh; posting resources for our members and the entire community Social Media continue to use creatively & regularly - and Where in the City is NAMI San Antonio? (Green Ribbon Challenge) Board Membership increase as possible not to exceed 21 members, establish additional committees WE ARE WE HEADING CONTINUED
