Thirteen members present. MISSION STATEMENT: Read by Kelly Baker. APPROVAL OF JANUARY MINUTES: Lenayah King made a motion to approve Jan minutes as read. Seconded by Cornelius, Motion carried. Do we want to sponsor again this year( April 29-30)? Lenayah made the motion to sponsor this year again, seconded by Autumn, motion carried. Amazon Purchasing and Fundraiser Amazon has a fund raising program that collects donations for non-profits: AMAZON SMILE\SOHACC details to come. Fred Meyers also has a Rewards Card that may function similarly. Raffle Winner: No Raffle item this month. PROGRAM no program Minutes approved [date] Instead of our regular MARCH meeting at Sizzlers, we will be having a Potluck and Movie, "The Caravan", at the Greenwells in Bonanza. Dinner at 5:30 and our movie will begin at 6: Bunn Way, Bonanza Contact Joycelyn Michel for details Did you renew your membership? The snow is melting and the mud is deep. In Southern Oregon, Mud Season means that Spring is just around the corner. This also means horses are shedding and grooms end up dirtier than the horses! With all the snow and ice we've experienced this winter, many of our horses have sat idle. That shining globe that

4 begins to appear in the sky tells us that we can begin to think about a conditioning regimen for our horses to get them ready for spring and summer driving. Hope you can find your horse under all that mud! Drivers who want to certify as Level I and Level II can attend study sessions in March. Kelly Lown will be the host for the second study group 3-19 in Keno at Seventh Heaven Shires. SOHACC is combining the beginning drivers playdays with the CAA study group. The Events Committee chaired by Lenayah King has been hard at work planning for the year. The 2017 Calendar is now on the website We're looking at doing some very fun driving and riding with all of you in 2017!
