2 BANQUET SPONSORSHIPS SAM S 10 th ANNUAL SAVE OUR HERITAGE BANQUET AND AUCTION SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2018 WATERVILLE ELKS LODGE SAM will be hosting its 10 th Annual Save Our Heritage Banquet and Auction at the Waterville Elks Lodge, 76 Industrial Street on Saturday, September 8, We are expecting 350 guests including state outdoor leaders, state and federal legislators and hundreds of active SAM members from all over the great state of Maine. The doors will open at 4pm, the Annual Membership Meeting will begin at 4:30 followed by a reception with light Hors D oeuvres. The Jason Jewett Memorial Youth Lifetime License Ceremony will begin at 5pm, a buffet dinner with all the fixings and the IF&W Lifetime Achievement Award Ceremony at 6pm, followed by the live and silent auction at 7pm. We are beginning to collect items from very supportive businesses, organizations and SAM Members from around the state such as: Cabela s, Penobscot County Conservation Association, Kittery Trading Post, Maine Guide Snowshoe Furniture, Mike Chase, Bill Forbes, Ernie Drost, and many, many more. We hope we can add your name to the list of donors to help make our event a huge success. 4 Youth Lifetime License Program The Jason Jewett Youth Lifetime License Program at Banquet Ceremony The Branden Denis Youth Lifetime License Program at the State of Maine Sportsman s Show - Ceremony In Memory of Jason Jewett and Branden Denis, SAM gathers information on children between the ages of 6 and 15 who have an interest in fishing. If you are interested in sponsoring a Youth Lifetime License for either the SAM Banquet ceremony or the State of Maine Sportsman s show ceremony, the cost breakdown is as follows: $300 per child for the lifetime fishing license $120 for dinner for a family of three, additional meal tickets are $40 each (BANQUET ONLY) With your sponsorship your company will receive one complimentary ticket to the banquet, additional tickets are $40.
