2 Consistently ranked among Canada s best courses, The Hamilton Golf & Country Club is an internationally recognized golf club featuring three nines indicated as the South, West and East courses. In 1914, renowned English golf course architect, Harry Shapland (H.S.) Colt, designed the original West South course. The East nine was completed in 1975 and provides the Club with 3 different course rotations. It continues to receive rave reviews from players and fans alike.

3 Dear Friends, Welcome to our 1st annual Duff & Phelps Charity Golf Classic. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for joining us to support the Jewish Family & Child s Jerome D. Diamond Adolescent Centre, (JDD), a children s mental health centre, dedicated to providing hope and help to youth with educational, emotional and/or behavioral challenges. Jewish Family & Child relies heavily on contributions from donors to support such programs like the JDD and the fact that you are here today is a testament to your generous spirit. We have received an overwhelming amount of support for this event and are on target to raise over $100,000 in net proceeds for JDD. We hope to build off this momentum and make this outing an annual event to support this and other charities for years to come. We are thrilled to host this year s outing at Hamilton Golf & Country Club, home of this year s RBC Canadian Open! Consistently ranked among Canada s best courses, Hamilton Golf & Country Club is a golfer s dream come true and it is truly an honor to have the opportunity to golf at this legendary course. Today s event will be the perfect combination of golf on a championship level course, outstanding prizes, raffle items, and exceptional networking opportunities. We will Tee Up today s event with registration, brunch and a special guest appearance from Walter Gretzky! We are excited to have Walter join us and be a part of this event. 5 Jerome D. Diamond Adolescent Centre The Jerome D. Diamond Adolescent Centre (JDD) is a children s mental health centre, dedicated to providing hope and help to youth with educational, emotional and/ or behavioral challenges. Over the past three decades, the Diamond Centre has helped hundreds of young people take positive control of their challenging lives and rejoin the mainstream with newfound competence and skills. The Centre s professional team is comprised of social workers, child and youth workers, special education teachers and a consulting psychiatrist and psychologist. The JDD s treatment services help youth and their families develop emotional, social and behavioral skills to successfully manage their issues, with the goal of reintegration into an appropriate community school. In addition to classroom instruction, students may receive one-toone counselling with a child care worker and/or family counseling with a social worker. The Diamond Centre s educational program is fully accredited by the Toronto District School Board. Your support of the 2012 Duff & Phelps Charity Golf Classic will enable the JDD to continue its tradition of excellence and develop new initiatives to build strong futures for youth with complex needs. 11 In Memoriam In memory of Jim Shoniker, a kind, generous and continued supporter of our annual charity golf tournament. Jim was Senior Vice President of Century Services Inc. and Century Capital.
