Th most common fata compications ar postpartum hmorrhag, spsis, compication of unsaf abortion, pongd or obstructd abour and campsia. METHODOLOGY: Rsarch dsign: Mthod adoptd for study was dscriptiv study. Stting of study: Study was conductd in th sctd hospitas of Pun city. Samp: 30 moth (15 co gup & 15 xpa gup) admittd in sctd Hospitas of Pun City. Samping tchniqu: Purposiv samping tchniqu. Th too usd for data coction consistd of dmographica information and physica assssm and pain sca. Riabiity: Using tst rtst mthod. Th riabiity coffici was 0.95 and tst was considrd riab. Piot study: nductd on a sma samp of 6 moth fm th Bharati Hospita of th Pun City. Th finding of fina study was 0.36 which is significa positiv corration among th LSCS moth aftr piot study no chang don in too.
