2 Welcome We have been able to attract an excellent faculty of speakers with a top international reputation. The program is structured into four sessions with lectures of 30 minutes, followed by a panel to discuss the relevant questions concerning regenerative and esthetic aspects in Periodontology and Implant Dentistry. The main focus will be on surgical techniques how to deal with tissue deficiencies around teeth or at potential implant sites. Both areas are fields of high interest in Dental Medicine, and the University of Bern is known to have an excellent international reputation in these surgical disciplines.
