Our prmary purpose s to represent the nterest and welfare of our members by protectng ther rght to engage n all such dental mplant procedures for whch they are qualfed by educaton, tranng, and experence, and to provde a mechansm by whch our membershp may obtan and sustan the necessary educaton, tranng, and experence n mplant dentstry for the mprovement of the general dental health and welfare of our patents. COURSE DESCRIPTION Ths course combnes lectures and lve surgery sessons presented by an outstandng group of clncans who wll share ther exceptonal knowledge wth the attendees n a scentfc and lve clncal envronment at the Unversty of South Alabama College of Medcne n ther state of the art amphtheater and surgcal sute. Lectures wll focus on bone avalablty usng varous mplant modaltes and bone graftng technques wth emphass on ndcatons and contrandcatons; selecton protocol; surgcal procedures for selected mplant placement; and prosthetc restoraton. Lve Surgery Sessons The surgcal program wll demonstrate mplant selecton protocol relevant to clncal stuatons presented, case dagnoss, and treatment plannng for placement of selected mplants and prosthetc technques for restoraton of the varous modaltes.
