1 JACKET NEWS 23 February 12, 2019 Deliveries Being Made To Students With Valentine s Day approaching, just a reminder, we do not accept any deliveries for flowers, plants, balloons, stuffed animals, candy, etc. on any day. Parents and students, please remember the only items that can be delivered to students are lunches, homework, jackets, personal items, etc. When dropping off these items you will be asked to show your driver s license and be on your student s contact page. Glow Up Pep Rally Glow Up Pep Rally will be Thursday, Feb 14 at 2:00 pm in the auditorium. Ticket prices are $1.00 Monday - Wednesday and $3.00 on Thursday. Students will trade their tickets for LED foam glow stick to be used during the pep rally in the auditorium. Additional glow up items will be on sale for $1.00 each. See flyer below. We appreciate your donation. See picture below. TSI Testing Thinking about taking Dual Enrollment Classes next year? How about even this summer? You must take the TSI Test before April 26th to enroll in Dual Enrollment Courses with ACC. Alvin High School will be offering a TSI Saturday Test Date on February 23rd. The test begins promptly at 7:30 am in the AHS Library. You only need to pay for the sections of the test that you have not passed. If you need to take only 1 section of the test the cost is $15. Price for 2 sections up to the full test is $25. Seating is limited for this test. See a counselor to register while seats are available.
