She works hard to keep the locker rooms clean and the towels fully stocked. She always has a smile on her face and is friendly to all our members. 2 Meet our New Group Exercise Coordinator David Erdelyi David earned his Bachelor of Science and of Arts in Biology and Spanish, respectively, from Virginia Tech in He then worked as a research scientist, supervisor and manager in the pharmaceutical industry for over 10 years. David is an RYT-500 Yoga Instructor certified in Vinyasa, Power, Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Nidra and has been practicing for 15 years and teaching for over six. He moved to New Jersey from Annapolis, Maryland and started teaching at the Virtua Center for HealthFitness-Moorestown before joining the William G. Rohrer team. Please join us in welcoming our new Group Exercise Coordinator to the Rohrer Center! David has been busy taking many of our current classes, so be sure to introduce yourself if you have not yet had the opportunity. 3 Member of the Month Sal Gugliotta Sal has been a member of the Rohrer Center for one year. He enjoys working out at the Center because of the personalized attention from the trainers and the relaxed atmosphere. Sal has worked hard over the past year, losing 26 pounds and eliminating blood pressure medication in the process. He attends the gym three days per week. Sal is motivated to continue his workouts in order to stay off the medication and to increase his physical and mental well-being.

Fortunately, we have the power to make a positive influence through education and action, and the Virtua Centers for HealthFitness will be taking donations to help fund the fight against heart disease and stroke throughout February. We welcome your support for this important cause, and ask you to join us and Go Red this Friday. American Red Cross Blood Drive Friday, March 3, :00-7:00pm 2309 Evesham Road Voorhees, NJ Meet Lauren. She's a 12-year old from Lima, Ohio, who might not be here today if it were not for donors. Lauren has received more than 80 transfusions of blood and platelets since first being diagnosed with leukemia in In return, she and her family - "Team Lauren" - have helped promote multiple blood drives that brought in hundreds of donations in her hometown. Some donors, she says, get nervous when giving blood for the first time. Lucky for them, Lauren is there. "When people are afraid, I tell them I'll hold their hand," Lauren says. "I've held many people's hands."
