Staff contacts you to discuss your event, specific needs and budget ~ all leading to identification of speaker(s) 3. Staff confirms all arrangements with speaker(s) to finalize the engagement 4. Contract executed and you engage with your speaker(s)

5 Engaging the Speakers Bureau Staff works with you to identify speakers to fit your engagement needs You make the final decision on the speaker(s) you engage. Speaker fees range from $1,200 to $10,000, based on the engagement and the selected speaker(s). Speaker travel expenses are in addition to speaker fees. 40% deposit is due at time of contract execution with balance due upon completion of the engagement.
