Home Visit In January, Enlighten has conducted: 2 home visits, with a total of 6 hours of service, served 4 people. Office Visit In January, Enlighten has conducted: 1 session of counselling in office, with total of 2 hours service, served 3 people. TRAINING 3 Jan (TUE) ACCA Adolescent Epilepsy Training School Training Aim: To educate seizure management techniques to teachers and front line staff. 4 26 Mar (SUN) Enlighten Art Inclusion Project Sponsored by Greenery Music (Tsuen Wan) Organized by Essere Volunteer Team & Dr. Lo Volunteer Team Co-organized by Greenery Music (Tsuen Wan) Aims: To provide year-long art workshops for Enlighten s members and families and play creative. To build up members self-confident and provide a platform for caregivers to relax. Venue: Tsuen Wan Greenery Music Time: 14:30 15:30 & 16:00 17:00 Participants: 18 people Event 1: Epilepsy and Me an inclusive community Children s Colouring Competition Aims: To encourage Hong Kong students to colour that best illustrate the message of love, care and social inclusivity. To let more people acquaint epilepsy, get the right information, and discard the bias. To cultivate local students creative thinking, exert the unlimited potential. To build a connection and relationship between Enlighten and schools in Hong Kong. 5 Event 2: Youth Board Epilepsy Awareness Booth at School Aims: To provide information about epilepsy and educate seizure management techniques to students, teachers, and school staff. To encourage the public to wear purple on Purple Day (26 Mar) by participate the social media campaign (Hashtag: #PTTP2017). Venue: HK Baptist University Date: 15 March 2017 (WED) Time: 13:30 18:30 (5 hours) Participants: 100 people Content: Charity Sales, Photo Booth, Hash Tag Game Event 3: Youth Board Epilepsy Awareness Booth at School Aims: To increase epilepsy awareness and educate epilepsy first aid to schoolmates and teachers. To encourage public wear purple on Purple Day (26 Mar) by participate the social media campaign (Hashtag: #PTTP2017). Venue: Tsing Yi IVE Date: 23 March 2017 (THU) Time: 12:00 17:30 (5.5 hours) Participants: 110 people Content: Informational Game, Photo Booth, Hash Tag Game, DIY Purple Candyfloss Event 4: Hong Kong Observation Wheel (HKOW) Goes Purple on Purple Day Aims: To increase epilepsy awareness and educate epilepsy seizure management techniques to the public. Venue: HKOW, Central Date: 26 March 2017 (SUN) Time: Evening Content: Colour of wheel charged to purple; staffs of HKOW wore purple ribbon, wristbands and badge of Enlighten; staffs of HKOW distributed Enlighten flyers and information booklets; roll up banners of Enlighten displayed in HKOW
