A credit card guarantee or first night s deposit is required with twenty-four hour cancellation notice. The release date for our room block is May 27, Check-in time is 3:00 PM; check-out time is 12:00 Noon. Conference Registration Policies Though this is a RRHA Member Conference, if your Management Company or Housing Authority is not a current member of the Rural Rental Housing Association, and have never attended our conference, you may enroll at the non-member rate. If a Service Vendor, we d love to have you participate at this year s event. Note there is a discounted registration for any member participants after the first paid registration at the regular conference fee. All registration forms must be accompanied by payment in full. Badge Identification Your name badge will be your official passport to all conference sessions and activities and should be worn at all times.

4 Networking Reception & Exhibitor Showing 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18th Unwind, spend some quality time with your associates, and make invaluable networking connections. With your paid registration to the meeting, you will have access, which includes drink tickets (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) and Hor D oeuvres. Exhibitor representatives will be available during this times. Know of an exhibitor you d like to see there? Have them contact RRHA today. Trivia Night 6:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18th An informal and fun competition where teams battle to see who has the greatest knowledge of topics like Music, Film/TV & Sports. There will be 4 rounds of ten questions. Bring your own team or we ll put together one for you. Exhibitors Exhibitor booth space is available for both RRHA of Illinois members or non members and includes one registration to conference. Each subsequent exhibitor representative may attend for a discounted fee. Exhibitors are welcome to attend any conference session or event. Current Member-Exhibitor fee is $75 for first person, $50 for each additional. Non Member-Exhibitor fee is $150 for first person, $50 for each additional. (Non-Member exhibitor fee to meeting includes a 1 year membership)

5 Door Prize Information We would love to have all participating member companies donate a prize to this years event. Call RRHA at or mbtodd@me.com for more information about donating a door prize. Prizes may be limited to $25 or less and include themed gift baskets, gift certificates, and specialty items for example. You may turn in your donation at the Conference Registration to be included in the giveaways. Silent Auction Call RRHA at or mbtodd@me.com for more information about donating a prize. If enough items are donated, the auction will take place during the Networking Reception on Tuesday night. Items could be a "Dinner and a Movie" Package, Event Tickets, Hotel Stay, Golf Club, Framed Artwork, Jewelry, Themed Baskets, Signed Memorabilia, or a FREE Service Offer. 6 Silent Auction Benefactor The RRHA of Illinois Barbara Carpenter Education Fund was established to honor the memory of Barbara Carpenter, a charter member of RRHA of IL., and a long time Board member and Association leader. RRHA of Illinois is proud to be able to offer this assistance and appreciates the Community Foundation for the Land of Lincoln for administering the Education Fund. The fund provides donations to charitable purposes only, such as to non profit 501(c)(3) public charities, schools, government programs, churches and religious organizations, and other charitable causes. Your generosity allows us to help worthwhile charities/groups in our rural communities that in most instances are serving the actual families that reside on properties owned and/or managed by RRHA of Illinois member companies.
