1 Student Red Cross Club Weekly Reports - Officers and Chairs DUE - SUNDAY October 4th at 5pm! President - Eryn Krivansky, evk5163 Objectives: Combined OFFICERS AND CHAIRS Meeting! 10/5 at 7 pm in 321 HUB Successful club meeting, host a social, and get more people involved in club! Mike Casper - 5k - Elizabeth AED and Challenge/banquet logistics Organize outside events (listed below) Website - Ben Next Club Meeting - October 12th at 7 pm in 267 Willard Requirements Officers and Chairs must be active members and OSCs: 15 volunteer hours per semester 15 OSC hours per semester Attend all Club and Officer/Chair meetings Attend activities outside meetings and volunteering (minimum of 3 per semester) Weekly Reports - How to! How to run a meeting Challenge Drives 11/2-11/20 Banquet/Dinner Vice President - Samantha, slb5798 Have a successful Homecoming Parade! Meet with all chairs in the upcoming week or two, meet with THON soon Homecoming Parade October 9th at 6pm. SRCC needs volunteers to walk in the parade with us! The parade is Friday, October 9th at 6pm. The parade starts at 6pm but everyone walking with SRCC must be there by 5pm! If you signed up at our meeting this past Monday, please sign up again because Homecoming has informed me that we can only have a maximum of 10 people! Therefore, it is now a first come first serve basis!

2 I also need people to save SRCC s spot in the Homecoming Parade line. Our check in time is 1:30pm. This means that starting at 1:30pm and up until 5pm, we need at least one person standing in our spot at all times. If you sign up to help save our spot, the first person must report to the Bigler Walking Grounds at 1:30pm for check-in. Bigler Walking Grounds are located to the east of the Natatorium's outside pool and south of the Wagner Building. I have created 1 hour shifts up until 5pm! Should what goes under Agenda Items on these weekly reports change based on the week/what type of meeting we have? (we can talk about this on Monday -- I think everyone is confused about this based on your comments from last week) Agree. I will discuss this on Monday! Does everyone who creates events on volunteer.psu.edu know how to verify hours? (*hint hint* Sean, you have some chalkboarding hours to verify) Confused about how to take/what to include in club meeting minutes :( Bring this up at the Meeting on Monday, and we will come up with a game plan!
