I have always believed that we learn right from wrong as children. We were taught to have confidence in ourselves and to be the best person that we are capable of being. We meet people who are unsure of themselves and want attention but do not always make the right choices. It is very difficult to understand the reason when someone is hurt by their actions, but we try to be understanding and know that we should know better. Let s be true to ourselves and remember to always be truthful and caring to each other. THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: ACT WITH INTEGRITY. I now have 122 addresses that will help in cutting down costs. However, we need to get more support from the over 330 Aerie/Auxiliary members who have not yet responded. We need to reduce the cost of providing you this newsletter by at least 50%. I will continue to post special notices for the next three months and hopefully we will not have to make drastic changes. This month we start ing the newsletter to all the members who have given us their information. Those of you who will receive your copy via will get a long version and those getting it via the US Mail will get a short version not exceeding two pages. We need your support to avoid being forced to cancel the newsletter service. I am asking all brothers and sisters who have addresses to send us your information so that I can add your data to our list. We need to work together if this effort is to be successful. 7 Fraternal Order of Eagles San Diego Aerie #244 Presents Feed the Troops 2013 a Charity Event for the San Diego USO. All funds raised in this event will be used to feed over 500 troops in October In 2011 the fraternal order of eagles aerie #244 sponsored this event and fed 600 soldiers, sailors, marines, airmen and women.
