6 6 Co-design Outcomes We had a great three days with our members in April who contributed their knowledge and experience in order to collaborate with us to create our education timetable for the next twelve months. Thank you to those that attended the co-design days. The outcome of those sessions was that we will be offering a range of different short courses on topics of spiritual wellbeing, mental wellbeing, physical wellbeing and cultural/ environmental wellbeing. These will start in June 2018 so keep an eye out for our next newsletter!!! Recovery at Oasis Network Oasis Network is a mental health and addiction recovery support service. Our co-design days helped us connect with our members to understand what recovery means to them. We have taken this opportunity to focus ourselves on strengthening our recovery focus and this means that we will be encouraging you to actively engage with us. You can do this with our peer support workers who can support you with goal plans, our advocates who can help you reduce the barriers to wellbeing or through our education groups which have a strong recovery focus. Just a reminder that our Kaibosh food bank is for our members who are actively engaged in our recovery programs. 6
