2 2 Tuesdays 1-2:30 Recovery short course Tuesday 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th of June. Talk with other people who have faced tough times to work out where you want to be in your life. Previously this course was a closed group but we have changed this to an OPEN group so please feel free to come along and join this great recovery oriented session. NEW Block Course (eight weeks) Meditation, yoga, tai-chi Thursdays am 7th 14th 21st 28th July Relaxation Meditation Yoga Visualisation This course continues into July 2
3 Realities/Hearing Voices Group Fridays 1 to 2:30 Oasis Network is excited to be co-facilitating a Realities/Hearing Voices group with Dennis Deurr from Realities Wellington. Come along to our first meeting where we ll be asking how you would like the meetings structured, this will be held on Friday the 8th June 3 AOD support group Fridays: 10 to Oasis Network is also starting a new AOD support group on a Friday morning. This group will be run with the support of Maraeroa Marae AOD service. First group will be held on Friday the 1st June, feel free to come along. 3

You can come up to half an hour before a group and stay for up to half an hour afterwards. Please make appointments for one on one time with staff wherever possible :30 Visualisation 1-2: Members Meeting KAIBOSH FOOD Mondays 3:00 pm Wednesday 9:30 am Fridays 9:30am.
6 6 Wednesday = Women s day Wednesdays 10 to will be running as usual for the next twelve months but, Wednesdays are now our dedicated women s only days. These days are a safe, respectful space for women to connect and build valuable friendships, sharing knowledge and working on their recoveries. Wednesdays: 1 to 2:30 Angie is doing a great job facilitating the women s group and we have had great attendance at last months group. The women are focussing on the topic of wellbeing and caring for ourselves, at the moment. 6
7 7 Thursdays: 1 to 2:30pm Monday Monday 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th of June. s now run on a Monday morning at the same time as peer to peer. Feel free to drop in and start, or continue, a creative project. Art and creativity are an important part of wellbeing and recovery. Being artistic and creative allows us to express how we are feeling, and our experiences, in different unique ways. 7
