1 Unify, Network, Inspire, Treat & Educate Education for Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Patients and Their Loved Ones Saturday, March 24, 2018 UPMC Presbyterian Scaife Conference Center, 11th Floor Adult Track: 8:30 a.m. 12:30 p.m. Young Adult/Parent Track: 11:15 a.m. 3:30 p.m. Admission is free, but all attendees must preregister: Tinyurl.com/IBDUNITE

2 UPMC s program will provide a full day of education and support for patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (or IBD - a collective term for Crohn s disease, ulcerative colitis and collagenous colitis). The educational track for adult patients will be held in the morning, and a track for young adults (ages 15-25) and their parents will occur in the afternoon. Lunch, patient education materials, and a keynote IBD lecture will be held in the middle of the day, when the programs for all participants young adults as well as adults will overlap. Participants are welcome to attend for the entire day, but are asked to remember that morning and afternoon content will be geared for the separate adult and young adult audiences.
