If you do not signup you will not be able to attend the dinner. Amy is busy through out every month creating the Bulletin, running the accounting for the bar, doing PR and volunteering for many things. Thank you for all your hard work and support.

4 Secretary s Notes Officers Notes OK we are starting a new Lodge year once again. Please take some time to get involved in YOUR Lodge! All to often there are to few trying to do all the work that is required to make the Lodge a success. By this time dues for the Lodge year are due. Like I have said many times if there is a problem please feel free to contact me. If you haven't done so you may want to utilize the Lodges web site MilfordElks.com, the CT Elks (Ctelks.com), or the National web site Elks.org. There is lots of information on these web sites which may help you to become more knowledgeable as to what Elkdom is all about. It reaches out a lot more than the tap room. Please try to attend Lodge meetings - this is where the decisions are made as to what direction the Lodge is going. Hope to see you there. Balloting will take place at the April 16th Lodge meeting. The orders must be in by April 20th and leave your order with the steward or John Langan. Please don t forget to include size and color. Post Mohegan Update -thanks to all who attended the Mohegan Sun trip we raised $525 for the Lodge. We look forward to another one in the beginning of fall. What s Happening House Committee Notes On April 19th, from 6PM-8PM the new house committee will be sponsoring a wine tasting in the Taproom. We will be offering appetizer specials for a small fee. We will also be having a 50/50 raffle. Thank you. Things We Need House Committee If anyone has a working lawn mower they would like to donate to Antler Park, please let an officer know. Thanks in advance! Installation of Officers - Saturday April 13-3:00PM - join us for the installation of our new officers. Dinner will be provided to only those who sign up by April 6th - see signup sheets at lodge. Date change Breakfast - Sunday, April 14th - This breakfast was originally posted for April 7th, but due to UI needing to work on the lines that day we have moved it to the 14th. We are also looking at doing a tag sale again this year. So if you have items at your house that you d like to donate - please hold onto them to help us raise money for the lodge. More information will be posted in the May bulletin as plans are finalized.
