Also, [Jones] is will be hosting a luncheon on Tuesday, October 4 st 12:00 4:00 PM in the lower level of the CSU. Has talked to President Davenport and both agree that they want to see more people in Greek life because they know that s how you can be successful. Communications: No Communications Executive Reports: VP of Council Management Marinda Phandanouvong: Calendars coming soon. Panhellenic dues coming next week. Will be placed in chapter mailboxes be on the lookout for that. Will be due Thursday, October 13 th at PHC. VP of Recruitment Abby Ellis: No Report. VP of Membership Development Kelsey Kraft: New member workshop: Held that last night. Had a great turnout from each chapter. GLC: THIS SUNDAY - 12:30 PM 4:00 PM Wear Letters! Check in at 12:00 PM. Remember the All Greek picture will be taken after GLC again, remind chapter members to wear letters. Attendance: If your chapter cannot have 90% 50% is required Goal is to have as many people possible. Please have all members possible go. All Chapters did well! New Social Planning Forms are uploaded on D2L and the Current Members Resources Page. Not accepting the 2008 forms anymore - so make sure your chapter turns in the correct form. Starting to planning for National Alcohol Awareness Week. More of an education thing. For now, it will be in the regular PHC meeting room - working on getting the BullPen. All Sorority Sisterhood: October 11 th 9 pm Watching Sydney White. If you have any questions on anyone who may have gone through recruitment and has already paid the $25 fee, feel free to ask. Rosters have been update. November 1 st all rosters will be the final grade report roster as chapters are getting new members. Conduct review training. Training session to discuss that. Meetings with chapter presidents: Have been talking to all chapter presidents on receiving national and local awards. Strong Greek community is made up of strong chapters right now, our local chapters are looking in on these awards. Would like to visiting with each chapter's awards chair. Good luck with homecoming - be safe and have fun. Greek Life Graduate Advisor Ashley Portra: Dance Marathon: First Dance Marathon Meeting Friday, 9/23 at 7PM Downtown BWW party room. Open to everyone. Continuing search for Community Donations/Sponsorships Chairperson position. Didn t have this chair last year. BeadforLife: Turn magazine papers into beads. If chapters want scrapbooks to put on display then chapters are more than welcome to. Before 3 on Thursday. Make things look nice. Not just for alumnae for actives as well. Please encourage members to apply. Chapter Reports: Alpha Sigma Alpha - Trisha Makovsky: Really pumped for homecoming. Alpha Chi Omega - Mollie Steinback: Working on the final stages of their Candle Light Vigil - Wednesday October 12 th 6-9pm. Highway clean up is on the 16 th. Pumped for homecoming as well. Gamma Phi Beta - Emily Roth: Excited for homecoming. Excited for their Run for Rissa - 5K. Sigma Sigma Sigma - Ashley Herrmann: Raised over $1000 for their philanthropy.
